Please always include your customer number with your orders, if available.

Please use our product designation when ordering. This largely eliminates errors during the transfer, it facilitates our work, and your orders will be delivered faster.

Shipping

We deliver in the fastest way - usually the same day - by parcel service, freight forwarding or express service. We will not always be able to avoid delivery times. In such cases, we can deliver your order immediately, even in partial quantities.

Express-Service

If you are in a hurry: On request, we will send your orders by appointment express or courier service with guaranteed delivery on the next working day.

You will only incur additional costs in the amount of the transport costs for the express service.

Prices

Within Germany:

Value of goods under 300,00 €: 9,50 €

Value of goods from 300,00 €: carriage paid

Innerhalb Deutschlands:

Warenwert unter 300,00 €: 9,50 €

Warenwert ab 300,00 €: frachtfrei

Return of goods

We take back goods in principle only after prior consultation and deduction of 20% handling fee (but at least € 10.00). The costs of the return are at your expense.

Deficiencies

You should report obvious defects to us immediately, but no later than within 14 days after delivery. We will correct the defects or supply you with a replacement.
