Assembly instructions
When fixing aluminium and steel profiled sheets on a roof, we recommend that they be fastened on the crown. We will supply you with the appropriate saddle washers in the RAL colour you require in accordance with the list provided (special colours can also be supplied).
To ensure the profiled sheets are mounted properly …
… you place the saddle washer on the crown of the profiled sheet …
… (A) then pre-drill through the pre-punched hole in the saddle washer. The saddle washer serves as the drilling template.
… or (B) in one step fasten the self-drilling screw E-X BOHR directly through the profiled sheet and then through the steel beam. The saddle washer serves as the drilling template.
… fasten the self-tapping special screw E-X BZ on a steel substructure or E-X A on a sheet or wooden substructure.
